Any new client relationship begins with a discovery meeting to learn how we can help you; whether it be for you individually, your family, an organization that you represent or your business. These meetings are complimentary and the primary purpose is to get to know you better. We also like to take the time to describe how our compensation works with each type of relationship so that we can determine how best to help you work toward your goals and that we are completely transparent with you from the beginning. We love to learn about your previous experiences with financial professionals, what investment product knowledge you have, and your expectations of a Financial Advisor. If we mutually decide that it makes sense to work together and that we can move you toward your goals, we then identify the goals you have, prioritize them, and gather detailed financial information so that we can start working on a plan for you.
Your financial information and personal goals are the center of our analysis. We review your current financial status, determine what you would like to achieve over time and present different strategies of how to get there.
Once we establish a starting point for you, we help you navigate life’s changes by offering regular review meetings. During these reviews, we take a look at each of your account types and holdings as well as the tax status of each. We will answer any questions about your progress and help you to make adjustments as needed. If you have life, long term care, or medicare supplement insurance or annuity contracts, we walk through the details with you so you understand what you own and why. Ultimately, each decision is in your hands; we are simply here to educate you and to help you implement the recommendations that make the most sense to you.
